Our Workflow
To develop a successful website, a development team who understands your business, in and out, is essential. At Amezweb, we always follow a proper workflow when we are working on a design project. In this way, we can keep everything organised – and also allows some breathing space to discuss about the project with our clients. This makes us a reliable web-design agency.
At this phase, we will talk to our clients about what they want – their business idea, timeline and budget. We will need a crystal clear picture of what they want and need in their website as to deliver exactly what they have in mind. Only then, we can deliver a digital product that both parties are happy with.
After we have a clear understanding of the client’s needs and wants, we will start designing the first part of the website.
If it is a big project, we would usually start with wire-framing. This is the process where we design in grey, without using colours, images and styling options. Upon completion, we would share this wire-framed design with our client for constructive feedback. Once they agree to it, we will continue with the visual design. This is where we will add details and make it come to live.
Once the design is done and our client is happy with it, we would proceed with installing WordPress and all the plugins that we need for the website project. We use responsive WordPress themes that give optimal viewing across a wide range of electronic devices.
Then, we will start creating the pages one by one and send the client preview links along the process. This makes it easy for us to get constructive feedback and assures the client gets exactly what that they want.
After all the pages are developed inside WordPress, we will share a final preview link to our client. We will then look at the result and edit any details needed to make the website just perfect. After a final check, we will put the website on live and give it the necessary optimization for Google.
At this stage we will provide a website training and video tutorial to our clients on how to manage their own website. This is important so that they will know how they can navigate, manage, and update their website with their own fingertips. Don’t worry, you don’t need to be an expert in tech to manage your website.
